Pipelines, Workflows & Disease Workflows
Standalone · pay per samplePay per sample. You choose the pipeline and sample size; we show the exact price before you run. Runs start at $60. Salmon is cheaper (expression only); STAR and ATAC-seq cost more (full alignment). Introductory pricing — may decrease as the platform scales.
nf-core pipelines, chained workflows and disease workflows are billed standalone: price depends on the number of samples, the analysis type, and the options you pick (aligner, depth, advanced parameters). They never draw on your plan's Quick Analysis tokens — they use pipeline tokens purchased below.
For single-cell ATAC-seq, methylation, CUT&Tag, and multiome data, upload your pre-processed matrix (from CellRanger, ArchR, Signac, etc.) directly to the Single-Cell Analysis modules below.

Pipeline runs are billed per run based on cloud-compute cost, charged when you start a run. Introductory rates include a safety margin and may be reduced over time.
